When you conduct a transaction on this website, as part of the process, we receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Your personal information will be used specific to any transactional or communication purposes. If you don’t want us to process your data anymore, please contact us and request that we delete your online profile. We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot issues with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, phone, or text messages.​

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

​The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Lisa Hernandez/Divine Feminine Life Coach. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.​

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the site or services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account profile and/or any services at any time, but will be subject to any fees or balances due regardless of session/package plan completion. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made any payment.

You agree to indemnify and hold website owner Lisa Hernandez, Divine Feminine Life Coach, or any connected affliliates harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

You agree to adhere to all client expectations set forth by Lisa Hernandez, Divine Feminine Life Coach, stated as a part of any services offered or package plans purchased or activated in your name including but not limited to: scheduling your services monthly and consistently, consistent attendance and active positive participation in your sessions, compliance with any practices as directed to support your transformation, submitting client recap forms 24 hours prior to coaching sessions, submission of any request of surveys or questionnaires in a timely manner as requested, completion of any activities or exercises to be performed by you connected to any of the services provided and coming prepared to sessions with requested session work/activities, submission of at least 1 testimonial using the site form during your active coaching timeframe, pay in full for any services or package plans regardless if you utilize all your sessions, and keep confidentiality of all working content and experiences. In the event we go over your session allotted time, it will be assumed that your latest scheduled sessions will be used to compensate unless your directly request to pay for an extra session instead. Please reschedule or cancel any sessions as needed at least 24 hours before your session time. All bookings rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours are subject to a $75 non-refundable fee or session payment forfeit at site owner discretion.

Any website designed/created by Lisa Hernandez must show a direct link to Divine Feminine Life Coach website so long as the domain exists for the site created. Clients are prohibited from using any of my client resources, service or package plan names or descriptions, package plan offerings, event materials, recorded content, or offer courses they have taken from Lisa Hernandez and/or Divine Feminine Life Coach as their own for a minimum of 3 years after our work concludes or they will be subject but not limited to legal action for content theft and damages.

 

We reserve the right to modify these policies and conditions at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
